How do I place an order?
Search for your favorite jewelry , then click the "BUY" botton add to shopping cart, when confirming the products, click "Submit"button to check out. There are different prices among visitors, registered members, VIP , wholesalers, we strongly recommend you to sigh up first before purchasing. During checkout, the following request is needed:
- Your personal contact information, including your name, phone number, e-mail address, and your specific location.
- The address you want to ship to, and also the postcode .
- Your preferred shipping method
What forms of payment does Egle Jewelry Co.,Ltd accept?
We accept the following forms of payment:

- T/T Payment (Wire Transfer)

Can I check out a few days later?
Yes, but you have to check out in 3 days, otherwise, we will disable your order manually.
Can I change my order during checkout?
Yes. The page lists your order information and gives you a last chance to modify the good list and Consignee Info . Your order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged before you click the "Submit Order" button.
How can I be sure my order has been received?
When you confirm your order information and click "Submit order" ,you will get an order number ,then you can query at the front page of www.jewelryinchina.com to check you order status by entering the order number. You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received within approximately 24 hours.

What is the status of my order?
You can enter your order number at the " Order Query" category at the home page of the website. If you are a registered member, you can also check at all your personal details at user center.
What if your item happens to be out of stock?
We have stores at downtown, and lots of agents to sell our jewelry, hence we update the items everyday, but it's possible that your item still lack of stock. In the case, you have three choice. We will contact you immediately if your item is out of stock, call you by phone if needed.
- Replace your item with another ( the same price).
- Ask a refund for this item. Your request will be processed in 24 hours.
- Ask our factory to reproduce the item, the lead time is 20 days regularly.
When will my order arrive?
That depends on which shiping type you choose.
- Postmail:The Shipping Time is 10-15 Business Days
- DHL:The Shipping Time is 3-5 Business Days
- EMS:The Shipping Time is 5-7 Business Days
- UPS: The Shipping Time is 3-5 Business Days
- FEDEX:The Shipping Time is 3-5 Business Days
